Superfoods is a general, unscientifically defined word that encompasses a lot of ingredients, some exotic (like açaí) and others more ordinary like bluberries. 

They’re generally high in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.  It might be all marketing hype.  But here’s a fact:  Unprocessed, whole foods, are good for you.  So start trying out some recipes that we’ll be posting on our Recipes tab and please report on your superpowers.
