Our Staff

All staff takes pride and genuinely love working with children.  Our team consists of professional chefs and friendly teachers & assistants.  Along with a certified Chef a certified ECE teacher will be placed in each cooking class.

Staff members will undergo thorough screening & training:

  • Police Reports
  • Medical Immunization & Health Reports
  • Annually trained in Child & Adult First Aid & CPR
  • All have Anaphylaxis Training

Our Cuisine

Petits Chefs Academy has been designed as a whole and natural cooking school that will strive to be peanut free.

Our Academy manages quality control in the day to day activities of food preparation and cooking.  Wherever possible all foods will be prepared and made with 100% natural ingredients and we will use local & organic content, high in Omega 3 Fatty Acids (Brian Food), no pesticides or preservatives and will be free of trans-fats, artificial coloring and artificial preservatives.  We aim to purchase meats which do not have artificial growth hormones and routine antibiotics.

Service and quality is important to us and the freshness of our food, nutritional value and content is what defines our quality excellence.
